products only. We do not ship parcels, USB drives, printed materials, or any physical goods.
1. What We Deliver
Purchased items are animated gift assets and related digital files (for example SVGA, MP4,
WebP, GIF, PNG, or ZIP archives containing those files). Delivery means electronic access to
download the purchased files through your account.
2. How Delivery Works
- Complete checkout and pay using an enabled payment method (Razorpay, UPI, crypto, or manual payment).

After successful payment—or after we approve a verified manual payment—download access is
enabled on your account.
- Download files from your account / purchases area, or via links we provide after fulfillment.
- You are responsible for downloading and storing copies on your own devices.
3. Expected Timeline

Online payments: Instant or near-instant delivery, typically within a few
minutes after payment confirmation.

Manual / offline payments: Delivery after we verify your proof of payment,
usually within 1–2 business days (often sooner).

Custom work: Delivery follows the timeline agreed for that project, not the
catalog instant-download timeline.
4. Delivery Issues
If payment succeeded but you cannot download your files, contact

with your order ID. We will
restore access or provide an alternate download. See also our
Cancellation & Refund Policy.
